AXA Offers Free "Telehealth" Consultations to its Customers

AXA Thailand General Insurance offers free online medical consultation and drug delivery service to its AXA policy holders. Each month, the first 200 customers who register will be eligible for this promotion which will run until December 31, 2022. This is AXA Thailand's way to thank its valued customers for their continuous support while informing them about the convenience of this new "Telehealth" feature offered on some of AXA Health products.
AXA Offers Free Telehealth Consultations to its Customers

AXA uses modern technology to provide additional services to its customers and enhance their quality of life. Using the Doctor Anywhere application, patients can use their smartphone or tablet, both iOS and Android, for a medical video consultation in real time. A qualified doctor can diagnose common illnesses such as fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, headache and dizziness, and recommend treatment. Moreover, patients can receive the prescribed medicines directly at home, within 3 hours for Bangkok and the serviced area, without having to go to the clinic or hospital.
