SET welcomes electrical equipment manufacturer and distributor "PCC" on October 21

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list Precise Corporation pcl, a holding company engaged in manufacturer and distributor of power distribution equipment, and renewable power generator and distributor, on October 21, under the ticker symbol "PCC". The company has a market capitalization at its initial public offering (IPO) of THB 4.91billion (approx. USD 128.93 million).

SET Senior Executive Vice President Manpong Senanarong said that PCC would list and start trading on SET in the Resources industry group, Energy & Utilities sector.

PCC is the holding company with three main businesses: 1) manufacturing and distribution of equipment for power distribution systems; 2) construction of high-voltage power stations and transmission lines including the production and installation of control systems; and 3) investment in renewable power generator and distributor.

PCC has a registered paid-up capital of THB 1.23 billion, consisting of 919.62 million existing common shares and 307 million newly issued shares, with a par value of THB 1 each. It offered the newly issued shares to persons at the underwriters' discretion, the company's patrons, related persons, and the company's directors, executives and employees, during October 10 - 12, 2022 at THB 4.00 each, for a total fund raised of THB 1.23 billion. CIMB Thai Bank pcl is its financial advisor and CGS-CIMB Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the lead underwriter.

PCC Chief Executive Officer Kitti Sumrit said that PCC has nearly 40 years of expertise and experience in these businesses and is committed to developing and growing the organization towards sustainability. The listing on SET marks an important milestone for the company to widen business expansion opportunity, particularly the new customer base via digital marketing system and Total Customer Solutions approach. The fund raised will be used to construct sales & marketing center, repay loans from financial institutions, and as working capital.

The company's dividend policy is to pay no less than 40 percent of net profit from the company's separate financial statement after corporate tax and all types of legal reserves each year. However, such dividend payment is subject to change based on the company's operating results, financial position, future business expansion plan, and others as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.

The company's major shareholders after the IPO are Sumrit family (20.14 percent), Nutchayangkul family (12.62 percent), Saeneemanomai family (7.27 percent), Chulanutrakul family (6.17 percent), and Likitsinsopon family (5.18 percent).
