There are eight special menu items (choose three menu items per person) including "Hamachi Sashimi", Hotate Sashimi", "Ikura Oroshi" (salmon roe), "Anago Sushi" (grilled salt-water eel sushi), "Shima Hokke Yaki" (grilled atka mackerel), "Hamachi Kama Yaki" (grilled yellowtail collars), "Unagi Kamameshi" (rice and grilled eel in iron pot) and "Hotate Yaki Moriawase" (grilled scallops). Other recommended dishes are "Salmon Carpaccio", "Tokyo Masu Sushi" (assorted sushi), "Salmon Kamameshi", "Salmon Roll Cheese Yaki", "Tsuyu Shabu (Pork/Beef)" and "Ishikari Nabe" (salmon and vegetables hot pot).
For the ultimate feast, go for "Platinum Buffet", which costs 1,499++ baht per person (1,764 baht net). This option features a total of 237 menu items including premium dishes like "Hamachi Carpaccio", "Tokumori" (assorted sashimi), "Wagyu Sushi", "Osaka Masu Sushi" (assorted sushi), "Zuwaigani Masu Sushi" (snow crab sushi), "Karei Karaage" (deep-fried flounder), "Wagyu Steak Hoba Yaki" and "Wagyu Sukiyaki". There is also a wide selection of salmon, maguro and unagi dishes to choose from.
Children with a height below 90 centimeters can enjoy the buffet free of charge. For children with a height between 90 - 130 centimeters, Gold Buffet costs 449++ baht, Premium Buffet costs 549++ baht and Platinum Buffet costs 749++ baht.
