Central Pattana currently operates 39 shopping centers, which includes 37 Central shopping centers (15 projects in Bangkok and surroundings, 21 provincial projects and one project in Malaysia), one Esplanade, one Mega Bangna (under a joint-venture) and 17 community malls, with a total net leasable area of 2.3 million m2. It also operates 33 food courts, 10 office buildings, 3 hotels, 25 residential projects comprising condominiums under the brands: ESCENT, ESCENT VILLE, ESCENT PARK VILLE, PHYLL and BELLE GRAND RAMA 9 and housing projects under the brands: ESCENT TOWN (townhome), ESCENT AVENUE (home office), Ninya Kanlapaphruek (semi-detached houses), Niyam Borommaratchachonnani (luxury detached houses) and a variety of housing projects under the brands: 'Nirati' in Chiang Rai, Bangna and Don Mueang. Central Pattana is also co-developing a large project with Dusit Thani plc called 'Dusit Central Park', which will be opened in stages in 2023-2024.
