Taking place on 16 and 17 February 2023, the exclusive pop-up dinners will introduce travellers to the rich gastronomic heritage of Thailand's northeast (Isan). Famous for its punchy flavours and the use of fresh herbs, spices and cured foods, Isan cuisine is dominated by zesty salads, grilled or fried meats, sticky rice, and flavourful soups.

Focusing on traditional Thai ingredients farmed or foraged locally and using contemporary Western techniques honed in top kitchens of California, Chef Num will delight guests at Anantara Bophut with exquisitely balanced flavours and his impeccable technique.

On 16 February, Chef Num will present a six-course individual tasting menu in the serene lilypond garden of Anantara Bophut, with seating limited to 30 guests only. On 17 February, a family-style sharing dinner featuring starters, main courses and desserts will be served at the Thin Tai restaurant.

Prices start at THB 2,500++ for the set six-course menu and THB 1,500++ for the sharing-style experience, including soft beverages. For more information about Anantara Bophut and to make a reservation, please visit www.anantara.com/en/bophut-koh-samui.
