With 35 years of experience in international education, Mr. O'Maonaigh brings a wealth of expertise to his role and is committed to personalized learning for each individual student, growth of individual abilities, and organizational capacity for planned sustainable institutional improvement.

'XCL' is a gramogram of the word excel, derived from the latin word 'celsus' which means to rise and surpass. It reflects the mission and values of the school in striving for excellence, alongside supporting a diverse and multicultural community, as well as the global perspective that the school seeks to embed in every child's learning.
