Kao Joins hands with Thaioil Group to improve road pavemant with innovative asphalt for Laem Chabang Hospital

Mr. Bandit Thamprachachit, Chief Executive Officer and President, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (3rd from left) and Mr. Yuji Shimizu, President of Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (3rd from right) have recently joined the handover ceremony of "Road improvement for Laem Chabang Hospital" which utilize the developed formulation of asphalt emulsion which was developed by researchers from both companies. The project was received by Dr. Ramet Ampaipit, Director of Laem Chabang Hospital (middle). The newly formulated asphalt mixture is an innovative solution for road construction that comes with high adhesion and prevents the effects of moisture damage on road layers. This makes the road strong stability, toughness, and eco-friendly.
