The "From We to World Planting Day 2023" activity was held at Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park, Samut Prakan as well as other PTTEP operating areas in Thailand; S1 Project in Kamphaeng Phet, PTTEP 1 Project in Suphan Buri, Sinphuhorm Project in Udon Thani, and Petroleum Development Support Base (PSB) in Songkhla and Ranong.
Such activity was part of the company's EP Net Zero concept to support Thailand's targets of achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2065. Increasing green space through terrestrial and mangrove forests is one of the pathways to reach the target of absorbing more than 2 million tonnes of CO2 emissions in 2050.
