SET-listed Prime Road Power Public Company Limited ("PRIME"), a leading solar power and renewable energy developer in Thailand and the Asia Pacific, issues a THB 200-million bond to institutions and high-net-worth individuals. The majority of the proceeds will be used to refinancing the 500-million bond due in Sep., 2023 and for investment in renewable energy projects. The bond offering of name-registered unsubordinated and unsecured bonds with a bond holders' representative and the bond issuer has the right to redeem before maturity, no. 1/2023. The par value of 1,000 Baht per unit with a minimum subscription of 100 units, the risk level of the Bond is 5. The bonds are being offered to institutional investors and high-net-worth at minimum 100,000 Baht. The offering dates 3 - 4 Aug and 7 Aug., 2023.
The offering will consist of 2 tranches of bonds, Tranche 1 (1 year 7 months term bond) with a fixed interest rate of 5.95% per annum, while Tranche 2 (2 years 4 months term bond) with a fixed interest rate of 6.15% per annum.
PRIME was affirmed by TRIS Rating at "BBB-", with the "Negative" outlook on 8 June 2023.

The progress of 2 large-scale Power Plant Projects in Taiwan, namely a ground-mounted Solar Power Plant Project in Miaoli County, the northern of Taiwan with the capacity of 200 MW. Currently, it is in the development process. The project will be completed within the 4th quarter of 2025. Another large-scale Power Plant Project is the Budai Outdoor Fishfarm Solar Power Plant Project in Chiayi City in Taiwan, with the capacity of 99 megawatts. The project is on schedule.
In addition, the Indoor Fishfarm Xitong 3 and 4 projects and Xitong 8 and 9 projects are under construction. The construction is expected to be completed by 2023. These all projects reaffirmed PRIME's commitment to reaching a power generation capacity of 1,800 MW. by 2027.
