The FWD Elite Signature Program at INSEAD, Class three, includes four agency leaders from Thailand who have successfully navigated the rigorous selection process at both the national and FWD Group levels. These exceptional individuals are Khun Pradhana Sathapitanont, Khun Maneemon Klindee, Khun Angkhana Lertrungreung, and Khun Narakorn Rungsena. To qualify for this program, prospective agency leaders must meet the following fundamental criteria in four key aspects: Personal Elite Profile, Team Elite Quality, Team Elite Career, and Team Elite Technology. The selection process is highly competitive and considers outstanding performance, leadership potential, growth mindset, willingness to learn, and proficiency in utilizing digital technologies. Selected participants will undergo a practical training program conducted by esteemed faculty members from INSEAD, spanning a duration of five days and incurring no costs.
