2 graduates received a diploma in Cuisine Level 1; 7 graduates received a diploma in Patisserie Level 1; and 3 graduates received a diploma in Boulangerie Level 1, respectively. The 3 programs take 6 weeks to complete, which is equal to 240 hours. For Cuisine Level 2, Patisserie Level 2, and Boulangerie Level 2 will take students 7 weeks to complete (280 hours) and run from August 21 through October 6, 2023 while all programs in Level 3 will start from October 17 - December 15, 2023.
