Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), along with the EXIM Thailand management team, warmly welcomed Ms. Ratchada Asisonthisakul, Acting Director of the Special Project Promotion Division at the Thailand Productivity Institute (FTPI), Ms. Waleeporn Thanathikom, Professional of Thailand Quality Award, executives from various public and private sector organizations, and EXIM Thailand's clients with export product and service showcase, participating in the "Learning and Sharing with Winner Organizations" training program organized by FTPI at EXIM Thailand's Head Office on September 25, 2023. The training program was held to showcase EXIM Thailand's management approaches, as the winner of the Thailand Quality Class Plus Award 2022 in the Customer Category.

During the program, President of EXIM Thailand provided a lecture on "Revolutionizing Business Models for Excellence: Focusing on Customers in the Face of Digital Disruption," sharing EXIM Thailand's customer-centric organizational management approach. EXIM Thailand, in its role as the "Thailand Development Bank," focuses on driving Thailand's international trade and investment strategies under the tagline "One Step ahead for all Development." The Bank implements the "4P strategy: People, Planet, Productivity, and Profit," with a core principle of "People before Profit." This principle emphasizes the importance of "People" as the heart of development, not only within the organization but also throughout the entire value chain, including customers. The aim is to foster growth in all aspects, including the economy, society, and the environment. Furthermore, EXIM Thailand has undertaken significant transformations in three dimensions: Business, HR, and Digital Transformation, while utilizing Thailand's Quality Awards framework as an essential tool to enhance organizational management and development on a sustainable basis.
