EXIM Thailand, in its role as the "Thailand Development Bank," focuses on driving Thailand's international trade and investment strategies under the tagline "One Step ahead for all Development." The Bank implements the "4P strategy: People, Planet, Productivity, and Profit," with a core principle of "People before Profit." This principle emphasizes the importance of "People" as the heart of development, not only within the organization but also throughout the entire value chain, including customers. The aim is to foster growth in all aspects, including the economy, society, and the environment. Furthermore, EXIM Thailand has undertaken significant transformations in three dimensions: Business, HR, and Digital Transformation, while utilizing Thailand's Quality Awards framework as an essential tool to enhance organizational management and development on a sustainable basis.
