PTTEP receives awards for Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility recognition

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) has recently received prestigious awards in Thailand and overseas in recognition of its good corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility. These include Corporate Governance recognition from CGR 2023, NACC Integrity Awards, ESG Initiative of the Year and Steward Leadership 25. The details are as follows;
PTTEP receives awards for Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility recognition
  • Corporate Governance recognition with the highest level of "Excellent" or five symbols and PTTEP is also placed in the Top Quartile among the listed companies whose market capitalization values exceed 10,000 million baht. This recognition is from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD)'s Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023 (CGR 2023), consecutively since the first CGR assessment in 2001.
  • NACC Integrity Awards from the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The awards are bestowed upon organizations that operate their business with transparency and commit to good governance, code of conduct and corporate social responsibility. PTTEP is honored with this award for the fifth time.
  • ESG Initiative of the Year at the Asian Oil and Gas Awards, organized by Asian Power Magazine, Malaysia. This recognition underlines PTTEP's commitment to goverance excellence, social responsibility and environmental stewardship under 'Ocean for Life' strategy. The initiative aims to enhance the sustainability and biodiversity of the ocean, elevate the quality of life, and boost community income in 17 provinces around the Gulf of Thailand.
  • Steward Leadership 25 (SL25) through the implementation of the 'Ocean for Life' strategy. PTTEP is one of the 25 organizations in Asia that receives this award, presented by the Stewardship Asia Centre CLG Limited, a non-profit organization in collaboration with INSEAD Hoffmann Global Institute for Business and Society, WTW, and The Straits Times newspaper in Singapore.
