The initiative to identify the top employers in Thailand for the year 2023 was conducted in collaboration between Kincentric Thailand and the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University. The primary goal was to recognize the most esteemed employers, and this competition spanned the globe, covering regions of North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle east, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. This year marks the 23rd consecutive edition of the competition, utilizing internationally standardized tools and processes to gather data from three key sources: (1) An Employee Opinion Survey, assessing employees' perspectives across four key areas: Employee Engagement, Agility, Engaging Leadership, and Talent Focus; (2) The maturity level of HR policies and practices; (3) Leadership perspective in business and people priorities to drive organizational success.
