Company launches the latest UHT milk product Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz
Foremost Thailand Group of Companies, has launched the latest UHT product, developed under a new concept called "Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz" - made from milk mixed with fruit juices that contain high level of vitamin A and C and calcium. The latest product could be consumed as ice cream with smooth ice flakes just after 4-6 hours of simple refrigeration, making it the newest alternative for parents to encourage their children to drink more milk. Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz can be consumed as much as needed as it contains variety of nutrients including vitamin A and C and high level of calcium.
Mr. Arnold Noorduijn, managing director of Foremost Thailand Group of Companies, said the company developed Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz - a combination of milk and fruit juices that offers high nutrition value and contained vitamin A and C and high calcium. It could be consumed as ice cream with smooth ice flakes after 4-6 hours of simple refrigeration.
"Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz are available in 3 delicious flavors - orange, lemon and strawberry. The product can be kept at room temperature for as long as 5 months because of its UHT quality" he said. The product is now widely available at leading supermarkets after the launch earlier in March.
"During the introductory period, the company will deploy integrated marketing strategy that includes television commercial on children's programs to in order to reach 90% of the target group within 3 months, said Wisara Vejaphan, Senior Product Manager of Foremost Thailand Group of Companies. Activities to support sales would also be launched continuously-from POS materials to on-the-spot sales promotions, free product sampling and exciting product launch in amusement park at leading department stores, to ensure its popularity among the target consumers. The company planned to spend around 50 million baht on promotional campaigns during the launch period, she added.
Mr. Jan Hordijk, Commercial Director of Foremost Thailand Group of Companies said through Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz, the latest product offering from Foremost for children, the company would be able to held promote better health among the people. Foremost was confident that Foremost Kitty Milkie Friz would be fully embraced by the children, he said, adding that the company expected to sell up to 350 million baht with sizeable market share in 7% within 2001.
