For this exclusive rooftop dining experience, Chef Luca Russo has curated a series of truffle-infused creations that celebrate the unmistakable aroma and complexity of the black truffle. Available every evening throughout the season, the menu offers a rich, sensory journey high above the city.

From delicate starters to layered, flavourful mains, each dish is meticulously composed to highlight this prized delicacy - best enjoyed against the dramatic backdrop of Bangkok's skyline from Red Sky's 55th-floor perch.

Highlights include salmon tartare with avocado and black truffle - a light yet flavourful opener that sets the tone for the evening - alongside tagliolini with egg, butter and black truffle, a dish that balances simplicity with indulgence. The ravioli, generously filled with creamy burrata and toasted hazelnuts, is elevated by the earthiness of shaved truffle. For heartier appetites, guests can savour Pluma Iberica served with a pumpkin puree and finished with black truffle or opt for the pigeon - a standout dish accompanied by salsify puree, a hazelnut lollipop leg, and a rich black truffle demi-glace that lingers on the palate.
