The Siriraj Hospital Operating Room Renovation Fund was initiated to renovate and restore the operating rooms on the 3rd to 5th floors of the Siamindra Building at Siriraj Hospital. These operating rooms have been in continuous service 24 hours a day for over 33 years, comprising a total of 64 rooms that have saved the lives of more than one million patients. Although they have been upgraded over time, years of intensive use have caused deterioration, making it essential to carry out renovations to ensure they remain safe, functional, and efficient.
This contribution reflects Bangchak's commitment to creating value for Thai society under the concept of "Regenerative Happiness" in its 40th year of operations and as it steps into the fifth decade (2024-2025), through supporting public health, helping expand opportunities for patients to access life-saving care, and fostering a more sustainable society.
