Bangchak Group Receives International Sustainability & Carbon Certification Across Entire Supply Chain, Reaffirming Leadership in Renewable Energy

The certification of ISCC EU, ISCC CORSIA, and ISCC PLUS across the entire supply chain reaffirms Bangchak Group's leadership in sustainable fuels production, including bio-naphtha, hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). It also affirms the Group's readiness to drive all categories of sustainable fuel businesses while ensuring energy security and balancing environmental and social responsibility.

The ISCC EU is a certification recognized by the European Union for verifying the supply chain of biofuel or biomass producers for transportation fuel, in alignment with the EU Renewable Energy Directive (EU RED) and recognized by the European Commission. The ISCC CORSIA certifies SAF that meets the criteria of the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) throughout the supply chain, as recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as a means to indicate the use of SAF. The ISCC PLUS is a voluntary global certification system for sustainable supply chains of plastics, chemicals, food, and biofuels, demonstrating commitment to sustainability goals through the use of recycled materials, renewable feedstocks, and sustainably grown biomass.
