Bangkok, September 2025 - This month, Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld invites guests to indulge in an ? la carte menu dedicated to the prized chanterelle mushroom. Coveted by chefs worldwide for its golden hue, delicate texture and distinctive earthy flavour with subtle fruity notes reminiscent of apricots, the chanterelle is a seasonal delicacy that lends both refinement and depth to every dish it graces. Foraged exclusively in the wild and never farmed, its brief season makes it one of the most coveted delicacies of the year.

Chef Luca Russo has curated a menu that celebrates the chanterelle in imaginative pairings with premium meats, seafood and pasta. Highlights include Wagyu tartare with onion confit, chanterelles and foie gras THB 855++; Red prawn carpaccio with fresh chanterelles and pink garlic sauce THB 950++; Ravioli filled with burrata, chanterelles and summer truffle THB 950++; Snow fish with potato mousseline and chanterelles THB 1,955++; and Iberic Pluma pork (Iberico Pluma pork) with celeriac puree and chanterelles THB 1,550++. Each dish has been crafted to showcase the mushroom's unique character, balancing richness with subtlety.
