Bangchak has established a clear and comprehensive Human Rights Policy, which serves as a framework for operations under sound corporate governance principles. The company prioritizes the protection of human rights for all stakeholder groups, conducts thorough impact assessments, and implements appropriate remediation mechanisms. It also carries out annual human rights and environmental risk assessments across its supply chain, covering eight key areas in line with the guidelines of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand
As part of the event, Bangchak presented its human rights initiatives through an exhibition highlighting its engagement across five key stakeholder groups — from employees, treated equally under the 100x Happiness policy; to partners, suppliers, and contractors, supported to operate safely and grow sustainably alongside Bangchak; to local communities surrounding the company's operational areas, where efforts are made to enhance quality of life, environmental stewardship, economic development, education, sports, and cultural preservation; to service station operators, encouraged to manage businesses responsibly; and customers, receiving safe products and services through the Greenovative Destination concept.
Receiving the highest-level award for the third consecutive year underscores Bangchak's commitment to conducting business with respect, inclusivity, and equality. The company stands as a role model, fostering confidence and inspiring other organizations to embrace the value of human rights in building a sustainable society.
BCPG Public Company Limited, a Bangchak Group affiliate, received the Outstanding Human Rights Role Model Organization Award in the Large Business Organization category for the second consecutive year.
