Valentine's weekend begins at 3:00 PM on Saturday, 14 February, with a special edition of Rose ? la Plage, a chic poolside afternoon blending sunshine, curated rose, and Carpe Diem's signature Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests can enjoy lively daytime energy across a range of seating options, with packages starting from THB 2,000 per guest, including select options with food and beverage credit.
From 6:00 PM onwards, Carpe Diem presents its Valentine's Dream Setup, featuring just four private beachfront cabanas set directly on the sand under the stars. Designed for two guests, each cabana includes THB 10,000 in food and beverage credit, one bottle of Pommery Champagne, and first-row sea views for an intimate Valentine's evening.
The beachfront restaurant will also remain open for guests seeking a romantic seaside dinner without the private cabana arrangement.
Sunday, 15 February - La Dolce Vita Sundays: Spanish Chiringuito Edition
On Sunday, Carpe Diem elevates La Dolce Vita Sundays with a one-day Spanish Edition inspired by the chiringuitos of M?laga. The experience brings together live-fire cooking, Mediterranean flavours, and a vibrant brunch-to-pool-party journey.
The collaboration features:

From 12:00-3:00 PM, guests can enjoy live cooking stations and Spanish seaside favourites, including barbecued seafood, fried calamari, boquerones, gambas, grilled sardines, and signature paella.
From 3:00 PM onwards, the energy builds into a lively pool party with DJs, flowing bottles, and a celebratory crowd, culminating in Carpe Diem's signature fire show at 8:00 PM. The event is sponsored by Clase Azul and DRock Champagne.
