BioActive+, a premium health supplement brand from New Zealand, has announced its 2026 business strategy, targeting over 130% revenue growth and total sales exceeding 6.2 million units, as it seeks to reinforce its leadership in Thailand's premium supplements market. The strategy is driven by the company's commitment to 'World's Best Ingredient,' reflecting its focus on sourcing world-class ingredients and advancing product innovation to support the everyday health needs of modern consumers while helping elevate the standards of the local supplement industry on the global stage.
'KireiCera': A Breakthrough Ingredient Innovation
One of BioActive+'s core commitments is developing products grounded in science-backed innovation, ensuring that every formulation is supported by credible scientific research. Dr. Wasana Intasang, Founder of BioActive+ Thailand and CEO of RevoMed Group Co., Ltd., has marked a new milestone for the industry by serving as a co-author of an international clinical research study examining the effectiveness of KireiCera, a key ingredient used in the brand's collagen product line. KireiCera is a rice-derived ceramide extracted from Japanese rice germ and formulated at a 15% concentration. Research findings indicate that the ingredient helps restore the skin barrier from within at the cellular level, with visible improvement observed within four weeks.
The study was conducted in collaboration with Ichimaru Pharcos Co., Ltd., a specialist in cosmetic and nutraceutical ingredients, and Gifu University in Japan. The research took more than three years to complete and involved an investment of over THB100 million. The results were published in the international medical journal JOJ Dermatology & Cosmetics.[1]
Dr. Wasana said, "BioActive+ does not develop products based on trends. Instead, we are driven by in-depth research and the careful selection of high-quality ingredients. KireiCera is not just a beauty innovation, but the result of our commitment to delivering the very best to consumers. At the same time, transforming agricultural by-products into high-value innovations is something we are proud of, as it allows BioActive+ to create both health and beauty benefits while giving back to society."
According to Future Market Insights[2], the plant-derived ceramide market is expected to grow rapidly, with a projected CAGR of 12.8% between 2025 and 2035, reflecting rising consumer demand for natural ingredients and skincare innovation.
Driving 'Product Diversification' with New Nourishment Line
To support its strong growth trajectory, BioActive+ is accelerating its strategy through product diversification and portfolio expansion, launching two new products under the Nourishment category:
IMMUCHEW - A chewable immunity supplement formulated with Bovine Colostrum, or the 'first milk' of cows, which is rich in natural immune compounds such as Immunoglobulin (IgG) at levels 40-100 times higher than breast milk, along with growth factors that help strengthen the body's first line of immune defense. The product is designed for consumers of all ages, including children and adults.
Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate Plus Tablets - A magnesium formulation recognized for its high absorption in the nervous system, particularly the brain, supporting memory, concentration, stress reduction, and improved sleep quality. BioActive+ has introduced the ingredient in tablet form for the first time, offering greater convenience for daily supplementation.
The introduction of chewable and tablet formats reflects BioActive+'s commitment to listening closely to consumers. These innovations provide greater flexibility and align better with modern lifestyles, representing a truely consumer insight-driven approach to product development.
Building Brand Trust Through Ecosystem Collaboration
On the brand communication front, BioActive+ continues to strengthen brand trust through ecosystem collaboration. The company has partnered with actress and modern lifestyle icon Becky Rebecca Patricia Armstrong as the brand presenter for its Concentrated Liquid Collagen product. At the same time, the brand is expanding its collaboration with a network of hundreds of thousands of creators nationwide, enabling product value to be communicated through authentic, relatable content that reaches diverse consumer groups.
BioActive+ is also preparing to host the Creators Awards 2026 this May to recognize creators and partners who contribute to the development of health and beauty content in a creative and meaningful way. The initiative also aims to promote responsible product communication while supporting creators in building sustainable income and growing alongside the brand in the Creator Economy era.
Dr. Wasana concluded, "As the supplement market becomes increasingly competitive, BioActive+ believes differentiation lies not only in launching new products, but in continuously developing innovation grounded in scientific research, combined with deep consumer understanding. This approach allows us to set new standards for Thailand's supplement industry in the long term."
