The Emerald Coffee Shop of the Emerald Hotel proudly present a summer menu throughout the month of April 2026 with "Khao Chae - the classic Thai dish with an impressive history" cool and refreshing by using rice that has been scrubbed until the rice is completely strained before cooking. When eating, add cold water with aroma of jasmine flowers with ice. Also served Shrimp Paste Balls, Stuffed Sweet Peppers, Shredded Sweetened Pork, Stuffed Shallots, Sweet Stir-fried Dried Fish and Sweet Stir-fried Picked Turnips are only 399 baht++ per set.
