These fantastic openers are the perfect preludes to main course offerings that encompass char-grilled scampi with sudachi, shiso and blood orange caramel; exquisite pan-seared John Dory served with heirloom carrots and vadouvan; and brilliant baked toothfish in an aromatic Asian herb crust enjoyed with sauteed spinach, morel mushrooms and .
