Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited ("SPRC") today convened its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, via electronic media (e-AGM) to report on the Company's 2025 operational and financial performance, key operational progress, and business plan. In addition, the shareholders' meeting resolved to approve all agendas proposed by the Board of Directors as well as approved the additional dividend of Baht 0.30 per share to be paid on May 8, 2026.
During the meeting, Mr. Herbert Matthew Payne II, SPRC's CEO and Director, reaffirmed SPRC's commitment, "We have always cooperated with the government and will continue to fully support the public policy and energy management for the benefit of the public. We will continue to effectively run our operations across the value chain from supply sourcing and production to distribution to maintain a stable domestic fuel supply while supporting Thailand's energy security."
