The process takes no more than 30 minutes, from registration to consultation, with access to a team of more than 500 specialist doctors across over 20 fields. The service covers both common illnesses and chronic conditions. Customers can use their outpatient health insurance benefits directly without any upfront payment, and medicines can be delivered to their homes nationwide. The platform also allows users to record and track their treatment history, supporting more continuous and effective healthcare.
