Designed as more than a traditional conference, the event created space for reflection, dialogue, and shared exploration, inviting participants to confront silence in their lives, relationships, and work, and to consider how individual voices can drive collective impact.

The day opened with a series of guided, interactive experiences that set the tone for deeper engagement. The main programme featured eight TEDx talks across three sessions, each offering distinct perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future, from personal healing and self-trust to gender equity in technology, financial empowerment, and sustainable investment:

  • Sara D'Anzeo — The Most Important Conversation You Should Have with Your Girlfriends
  • Anna Downs — The Athleticism of Birth and Beyond
  • Nienke (Nina) Benders — She Invests, the World Changes
  • Paul Ark (Polapat Arkkrapridi) — (Not) Mansplaining Gender Funding Gaps to Women Entrepreneurs
  • Natalie Glebova — From Broken Trust to Self-Trust: Lessons from a Narcissist Therapist
  • Rupali Babu — From Invisible to Influential: Why Women Must Step Up in Shaping the Future of AI
  • Isabel V. Echavarria — Defining Balance for the Sandwich Generation
  • Shannon Sharinee Kalayanamitr — Awkward Today, Brave Tomorrow

Nida Leardprasopsuk, start-up founder, executive coach, and organiser of TEDxThonglorWomen, said: "Throughout the day, a consistent thread emerged: that meaningful progress requires both internal transformation and systemic change, with open dialogue playing a critical role in challenging norms and unlocking new possibilities. When individuals feel empowered to speak and be heard, that's when real change begins; within ourselves, organisations and across society.

The day concluded with a dedicated networking session, enabling speakers, partners, and attendees to continue conversations sparked on stage and to build connections beyond the event.

Supported by sponsors L'Oreal,NorthFrame Studios, Hagia, Blue Elephant, Yuedpao and communications partner Midas PR, TEDxThonglorWomen 2026 reinforced its mission to create a platform where diverse voices are heard, ideas are shared, and communities come together to shape a more inclusive and thoughtful future.
