The project, with an investment of USD 41.3 million, will develop factory and warehouse facilities, including significant cold storage capacity, supporting the growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure in the region.
The event also marked strategic cooperation between ACLT, JEIL, and KIRA (Korea Investment Real Asset Management Co., Ltd.), an institutional asset manager of Korea's Smart City Fund under the PIS (Plant, Infrastructure, and Smart City) initiative, to promote further investment into Amata City Long Thanh.
Located in Dong Nai Province, Long Thanh is emerging as one of southern Vietnam's most strategic industrial and logistics hubs. Its development is closely linked to the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport, which is expected to enhance connectivity for global trade, supply chains, and high-value manufacturing. The area is also supported by an expanding network of expressways and proximity to Ho Chi Minh City, positioning it as a key gateway for investment into the southern economic corridor.
