Presented in an elegant style echoing the lush greens of a Thai garden, the menu moves from inventive, herb-infused savouries to delicate, lighter sweet treats, each created with the finest seasonal ingredients.
The savoury selection tempts with poached prawn layered with green apple jelly, spicy tuna nestled beside creamy avocado, and tender chicken roulade finished with a fragrant green curry pesto. Guests will taste the delicate crunch of a water lily cracker from Sukhothai, Farm, crowned with prawn fruit salad; the vibrant swirl of a zucchini and pesto roll; and the moreish green pea and lime zest arancini.
The sweet patisserie is a feast for the senses: a moist Pistachio & Lime cake sings with citrusy notes, while the Mango Sticky Rice Choux reimagines a Thai classic with a delicate pastry twist. Plus, a refreshing green tea coconut tart and a silky pandan coconut panna cotta, each showcasing the tropical bounty of the season.
No afternoon tea is complete without homemade scones, served warm and irresistibly soft, accompanied by luscious vanilla cream cheese and jewel-bright strawberry and blueberry jams - comforting, indulgent nod to tradition.

The Monsoon Garden Afternoon Tea is served daily at Rim Klong Cafe and Bittersweet from 2.00pm to 5.00pm during the monsoon season.
