The workshop featured hands-on training sessions covering the use of business applications and social media for business operations, cybersecurity awareness, and legal compliance for online businesses under Thailand's Computer Crime Act. Participants also explored case studies on digital risk management to enhance their understanding of business risk management in the digital era. In addition, they gained practical knowledge of packaging techniques and selecting appropriate logistics solutions to improve delivery efficiency, reduce operational costs, and expand market reach more effectively.
Mr. Sean Chiang, Public Affairs Director of J&T Express, stated, "Today, local entrepreneurs and farmers need to adapt to the rapid changes of the digital economy, particularly in online marketing, business management, and cybersecurity. Through this initiative, we aim to provide practical knowledge that participants can apply directly to their businesses while sharing logistics and delivery expertise to help improve operational efficiency and create greater market opportunities."
This initiative reflects J&T Express's commitment to creating positive social impact alongside business growth through the "J&T Supports Local" program, now in its third consecutive year. The program continues to support OTOP entrepreneurs, SMEs, and farmers across Thailand by strengthening their capabilities in business, digital technologies, and logistics, while promoting access to efficient logistics networks to enhance competitiveness and create sustainable market opportunities.
