Bangkok Bank launches the 5th The Big Blue Ocean program empowering next-gen business leaders to leverage AI and develop strategies for the digital era

Developing future business leaders for the AI era - Bangkok Bank, led by director Mr. Siri Jirapongphan together with the Bank's executives joined the launch of The Big Blue Ocean #5 under the theme "Digital Transformation Program for Leader" to support Thai entrepreneurs and business leaders in adapting effectively to emerging technology and AI trends. This year, the Bank was honored to welcome Chief Executive Officer of LINE MAN Wongnai Mr. Yod Chinsupakul, who delivered a special session on "Thriving in the Age of Intelligent Transformation." He shared insights on adaptation and growth in a digital era that is reshaping the way organizations operate, drawing on his experience in transforming the organization and expanding the business throughout different stages of LINE MAN Wongnai's development. He also discussed the application of AI to enhance team productivity, improve customer experience and satisfaction, and he shared perspectives on the opportunities and challenges arising from the rapid advancement of AI technology today.

Bangkok Bank launches the 5th The Big Blue Ocean program empowering next-gen business leaders to leverage AI and develop strategies for the digital era

The Big Blue Ocean #5 is designed for business leaders and next-generation successors from medium and large-sized organizations, with 48 participants from across the country. Throughout the 12-week program, participants will gain insights from more than 20 executives and experts from leading organizations in technology and AI, including True Corporation Public Company Limited, Google (Thailand), Bluebik Group Public Company Limited, and other renowned specialists. The program focuses on sharing practical experiences and perspectives on business transformation to help organizations advance toward becoming AI-First Organizations. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop business plans that can be applied in practice. In addition, the program includes study visits to leading global technology and AI companies, including UBTech, a leader in AI and robotics development, and Huawei Technologies in the People's Republic of China. The program reflects the Bank's commitment as a "trusted partner and reliable close friend," standing alongside and supporting businesses in their journey toward becoming leaders in the digital era.
