IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. invites guests to savor two styles of premium Chinese vegetarian cooking at two of its restaurants: Hei Yin, an authentic Cantonese restaurant, and Hong Kong Fisherman, a restaurant serving genuine Hong Kong cuisine. Both restaurants have taken care to bring out the natural flavors of their ingredients, together offering more than 30 vegetarian dishes.

Hei Yin is on the third floor of Gaysorn Village. Its vegetarian menu follows the concept "A Taste of Purity," drawing on natural ingredients and Cantonese foundations, and is built on three principles: Balance - Flavour - Well-being. The menu highlights specially selected yamabushitake (lion's mane) mushrooms, prized for their dense, tender, fluffy texture. They appear in two signature dishes: Vegetarian Braised Yamabushitake in Red Sauce, simmered in a concentrated vegetable stock until the flavor sinks deep into the mushroom, and Yamabushitake with Black Pepper Sauce, hot, spicy and gently aromatic.

Other highlights include Steamed Vegetarian Har Gow with Pumpkin Soup, with thin, soft wrappers and a naturally sweet filling in a smooth, golden pumpkin soup; Stir-Fried Miced Chinese Fruits and Nuts in Taro Nest, a crisp and rich combination; Braised Vegetarian in Dong Po Rou-Style, a steamed bun with a moist, soft texture. The meal closes with a dessert of Hot Assorted Chinese Dessert in Longan Juice, sweet, fragrant and soothing.

Hong Kong Fisherman has won diners over for more than 20 years. It is in the lobby of Building 12 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, where it presents vegetarian dishes in an authentic Hong Kong style, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and deep, full-bodied flavor. Highlights include rich soups and hot dishes served steaming and fragrant: Vegetarian Seaweed, Bamboo Fungus and Shiitake Mushroom Soup, Hot and Sour Soup with Vegetables Wonton, Stir-Fried Eryngii Mushroom with French Beans in Black Truffle Sauce and Eggplant and Tofu with Sichuan Sauce in clay pot.

The menu also includes a full range of Hong Kong-style dim sum and snacks: Steamed Vegetarian Prawn Dumpling, Steamed Mixed Vegetables Dumplings, Vegetarian "Ham Sui Gok", Deep-fried Mashed Taro with Vegetable and fried glutinous rice dumplings with vegetarian chicken filling, all known for thin wrappers and generous fillings.

Guests are invited to enjoy a meal that feeds both body and spirit, with premium vegetarian dishes throughout this year's Vegetarian Festival.
