The IAA Awards for Listed Companies recognize executives of listed companies across 17 industry categories. Award recipients are nominated and evaluated by analysts and fund managers based on a range of criteria, including outstanding management capabilities, in-depth knowledge of their respective businesses, and the ability to communicate relevant insights clearly and effectively. The evaluation also considers business ethics and corporate governance, engagement and cooperation with the analyst community, and the consistent provision of accurate, comprehensive, and in-depth information. Other criteria include the ability to provide reasonable perspectives on business outlook, financial performance, and key risks, as well as maintaining convenient, timely, and accessible communication channels for analysts.
