Gross profit increased 7.7% year-on-year to THB 1.29 billion. Profitability was primarily supported by operational efficiencies driven by the company's transformation program, alongside a favorable product mix reflecting continued premiumization. Despite additional costs incurred during the quarter, including M&A-related expenses, operating profit increased 0.7% year-on-year to THB 733 million, while net profit stood at THB 756 million.

During the quarter, i-Tail also announced the acquisition of Phelps Pet Products, marking an important step in strengthening the company's presence in the U.S., its largest market. We remain focused on driving growth through innovation, operational efficiency and deeper penetration in strategic markets. The acquisition of Phelps marks an important milestone in this journey, adding established dog-treat capabilities and a manufacturing presence in the U.S. Looking ahead, we will continue to explore targeted investments, focusing on businesses that truly match i-Tail's strengths and support our long-term growth ambitions."

For the first nine months of 2026, the Americas remained i-Tail's largest market, accounting for 60% of total sales, with sales increasing 18.6% year-on-year. Europe contributed 15% of total sales, recording 19.7% year-on-year growth, driven by continued customer expansion across the region. Asia and Oceania represented 25% of total sales, supported by new projects and new product launches, particularly in Japan.

Pet treats remained one of i-Tail's fastest-growing categories over the same period, with sales increasing 53.9% year-on-year and accounting for 20% of total pet food sales. The category's strong momentum reflects continued demand for innovative and functional products, an area further complemented by Phelps' expertise in dog treats, including products with functional ingredients.
