This is in order to offer relentless exclusive experiences to customers of both Central Group's department stores and shopping malls. They also offer exclusive online and omni-channel services in the Covid-19 era, such as the seamless shopping experience of the Personal Shopper service, and special discounts from online stores under Central Retail.

As the first Digital Loyalty Program in Thailand, The 1 app is the essential for The 1 Exclusive members, offering full digital service experience that is seamlessly connected online and offline use in a single app, with no need for a physical card. This meets customers' every need in the New Normal, including 1 on 1 Personalization display, which saves time by finding rapid matches to customers' interests, anywhere, anytime.
