There are three scrumptious creations on the offer - Steamed Canadian Lobster with Glass Noodles and Garlic Sauce, Sauteed Live Canadian Lobster with XO Sauce, and Wok-fried Live Canadian Lobster with Ginger, Scallion and Egg Noodles, in which the lobster meat is cut in full size, added with ginger, scallion, and egg noodles.
