BAFS Intech Company Limited, a design and assembly aviation refuelling vehicles and aviation ground service equipment provider, and a subsidiary of Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited (BAFS Group), recently exported two high-performance aviation refuelling vehicles, the 'Magnus' Refueller series, to Lao State Fuel Company, each with a total capacity of 32,000 litres. BAFS Intech aims to produce and distribute aviation refuelling vehicles for export to the CLMV (Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam) markets which continue to demonstrate strong growth potential despite the sluggishness due to COVID-19. The company is also committed to being a leader in the design, production and assembly of aviation refuelling vehicles and offering aviation refuelling service solutions in ASEAN by 2026.

The Magnus Refueller is a high-performance and state-of-the-art aviation refuelling vehicle compliant with the Joint Inspection Group (JIG)'s international standards and was designed to refuel both small-size aircraft (at 300 liters per minute) and large-size aircraft (at up to 2,400 liters per minute), particularly double-deck aircraft given the vehicle's ability to fuel aircraft from both sides simultaneously.

The Magnus Refueller was produced and assembled at BAFS Intech's manufacturing plant by an experienced workforce with special expertise in advanced technology. The duration of the manufacture and assembly takes nine months per unit. The Magnus Refuellers are expected to meet the demands of aviation refuelling vehicle services and aviation refuelling solutions in each country in the region.

Furthermore, BAFS Intech is accelerating the application of eco-friendly and advanced technology in its operations ensuring the company can develop and provide higher-performance products and services that are environmentally friendly. The company previously introduced the 'Electric Hydrant Cart' which uses electric power offering aviation refuelling service at Don Muang International Airport.
