Our chefs, both Thai and international, have not only ensured that all of the dishes are high-quality and seriously fresh but also have masterfully created a menu that emphasizes the genuine taste including Hong Kong style congee and Hong Kong style egg and ham sandwich, but if you want to go for something simple with a contemporary twist, nosh on our crowd favorites like "Nori Avocado Toast," "Bacon and Egg Brioche," or "S.S. Croissant." Margherita pizza and pan seared salmon steak are the way to go too.
From the classics, our picks are "Flat White," silky smooth textured milk added to double espresso, and "Piccolo," single espresso served with silky textured milk in petite glass, but of course feel free to pick the one you enjoy most.
