Terms and Conditions for ULTRA DEAL Campaign
- Pre-sales reservation for the All New HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV does not incur any expense to the users. GWM reserves the right to limit only one reservation entry per one GWM ID or registered phone number.
- The pre-sales reservation period runs from 00:01 hrs. on June 15 to 18:00 hrs. on June 28 on GWM Application and GWM Thailand's website www.gwm.co.th only.
- Users can sign up for this pre-sales reservation anytime during the period until its closure at 18:00 hrs. on June 28, 2021. Users who cancel a reservation entry will not be able to redo this pre-sales reservation again.
- Users who complete the pre-sales reservation are required to sign their sales agreements and pay 10,000-baht deposit by July 13, 2021 (15 days from end of the campaign period). Three reminder notifications will be sent by the reservation system. Absence of deposit payment within specified period shall be regarded as a waiver.
- After a deposit payment, users who change their mind and wish to request a return of the deposit amount may do so via GWM Application or the website www.gwm.co.th within 48 hours after the deposit payment.
- After confirming the pre-sales reservation, users are still allowed to alter their choice of exterior color via GWM Application or the website www.gwm.co.th. However, chosen model variant (ULTRA or PRO) cannot be changed in any situation. Please study product information of your chosen model variants in detail before completing your reservation.
- Users with pre-sales reservation are required to complete the sales transaction and car delivery by October 31, 2021. Failure to fulfill this requirement shall be regarded as a waiver to ULTRA DEAL Campaign privileges.
- ULTRA DEAL Campaign privileges are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
On readiness of showrooms and service centers, GWM's sales and service network will be comprised of two outlet types: GWM Store, which is wholly owned and operated by GWM; and Partner Store, which is operated by business partners. The company has a target to open 30 stores of both types combined by the end of this year. Within June, GWM will have opened three GWM Stores, located at Central Plaza Bangna, Future Park Rangsit, and Silom Complex.
