Banpu integrated its sustainability policy and development plan into the Company's five-year business plan for 2021-2025, to strengthen its Greener & Smarter strategy. The Company has set the long-term ESG targets towards 2025 with linkage to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Seven SDGs most relevant to the business have been highlighted with objectives to increase positive impact and reduce adverse impact from business operations under a concrete action plan and target timelines. These are Goal 6: clean water and sanitation, Goal 7: affordable and clean energy, Goal 8: decent work and economic growth, Goal 12: responsible consumption and production, Goal 13: climate action, Goal 15: life on land, and Goal 17: partnerships for the goals.
