Mr. Chiruit Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, President, Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) or TCEB, together with Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, Senior Vice President - MICE Capability and Innovation of TCEB, Ms. Vichaya Soonthornsaratoon, Senior Vice President - Administration of TCEB, led a virtual seminar on "Thai MICE for the Nation". The event aimed at creating confidence and awareness in the importance of MICE industry in the national economic development, while the future direction of Thai MICE industry development was addressed, alongside the readiness of Thailand's MICE City, serving as the center in their respective region, in contributing to the national economy. Distinguished speakers joining this online symposium included Mr. Wirot Nararak, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), Mr. Somsak Changtragul, Governor of Khon Kaen, Mr. Sontaya Khunpluem, Mayor of Pattaya, Mr. Anucha Meekiatichaikun, Chairman of The Federation of Thai Industries, Chiang Mai Chapter, and Mr. Bhummikitti Ruktaengam, President of Phuket Tourist Association. The event total 22,384 viewers nationwide joined the event via online streaming system.
