Sing- Singha Chunuan - Lion's Tale's head bartender and wine guru highlighted mooncake's auspicious ingredients like lotus seed, kidney bean, and jujube as the main ingredients for the drink. Namely, Fairy Bliss, inspired by Chinese god, this glorious deity is believed to bring peace to the world. That luscious, nutty, yet light from the ingredients makes each sip aftertaste special. Singha takes this drink a little more sophisticated by adding peach cordial and watermelon syrup for scented and soda for refreshing. Decorated with Chain of Love and Rosemary on top, the drink is too charming not to miss.
