Cote by Mauro Colagreco, Capella Bangkok's signature riverfront restaurant, invites guests to its White Gold Gala dinner - two nights filled with epicurean delights, from a sumptuous white truffle menu crafted by Chef Davide Garavaglia and Chef Marc Vasseur, to live music and special drink pairings curated by expert sommelier Thanakorn 'Jay' Bottorff.
