Golden Ventures REIT announces second quarter fiscal 2022 results with distribution payment of THB 0.1920 per unit

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited or "FPCAMT", the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("GVREIT"), announced its operating results of the Trust for the second quarter of fiscal 2022 (January-March 2022). The Trust recorded total revenue of THB 280.33 million with a distribution of returns of THB 0.1920 per trust unit for the second quarter of fiscal 2022, amounting to a total of THB 156.44 million. The payment date of the distribution is 10 June 2022.

FPCAMT has an investment focus on Grade A office buildings located in the Bangkok's Central Business District, namely Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square. Both well-located prime office developments offer tenants, visitors and the community a user-centric/ seamless experience with continuing customer relationship management programs. Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square maintain high occupancy rates of 95% and 91% respectively

Ms. Chantraporn Chan, Managing Director of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited, said: "The economy has shown signs of improvement early this year following the reopening of the country, the easing of lockdown measures and rising level of vaccinations. In this second quarter, FPCAMT has been able to manage the Trust efficiently and prudently according to the planned strategy. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as we stay committed to generating sustainable returns to our trust unitholders."

Chantraporn added: "With an aim to grow the REIT sustainably, we will also continue to carry out regular asset maintenance and ensure that our Grade A office buildings adhere to the environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards according to international standards such as the LEED rating system."
