Spotify has launched a ฉันฟังเพลงไทย (I Listen to Thai Songs) campaign to champion local artists and enable them to better connect with new listeners on the local and global stage. As part of its ongoing support of Thai artists and the local music industry, Spotify is revamping its flagship ฉันฟังเพลงไทย playlist and is celebrating the moment with a series of activations including new Spotify billboards at some of Bangkok's hotspots.
The refreshed ฉันฟังเพลงไทย playlist features top tracks from a wide variety of iconic and up-and-coming Thai artists like NONT TANONT and his hit 'โต๊ะริม (Melt)', D Gerrard with 'Luxury', and BOWKYLION with 'ทราบแล้วเปลี่ยน - attention please', highlighting the best of local music across various genres including T-Pop and Hip Hop.
For the campaign, Spotify is spotlighting different Thai artists each month through various marketing activities, including featuring on the ฉันฟังเพลงไทย playlist cover, as well as Spotify Thailand's Home channel and the company's billboards at Asoke Interchange and Siam Paragon.
In July, ฉันฟังเพลงไทย's first playlist covers spotlight not one but two beloved Thai artists, including pop-rock band Tattoo Colour and R&B-pop duo Lipta, representing the diverse genres driving Thai music and the creativity pushing today's local scene.
