For the fiscal year of 2022, FTREIT achieved the total revenue of THB 3,645.0 million, an increase of 6.7%, and the net profit on investments of THB 2,518.9 million, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year, while its average occupancy rate rises from last year to 86.4%. FTREIT can make higher distribution payment at THB 0.7070 per unit in FY2022, an increase of 4.9% compared to the previous year. During the meeting, the unitholders also resolved to approve a capital increase under the general mandate of FTREIT to issue additional trust of not exceeding 919,016,114 units to give flexibility to the REIT in getting the capital for further investment in high-potential assets, when needed
At present, FTREIT's assets under management comprise 668 units of factory and warehouse on a total leased area of 2.13 million square metres, making FTREIT the largest industrial REIT with the largest net leasable area and the highest proportion of freehold areas in Thailand. All projects are located in strategic locations of Thailand's industrial and logistics sectors, including Bangkok, Samut Prakan, the Eastern Economic Corridor area, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, and Prachinburi with assets under its management totaling over THB 46,319.4 million.
