From 14 to 24 February 2023, every inch of The River City Bangkok will be transformed into a pink planet as The Art Auction Center (TAAC), one of Thailand's leading art auction companies, organizes the massive art auction under the name "Follow Your heART" to celebrate the season of love.
With nearly 200 artworks collections by various renowned artists, the art pieces from "Follow Your heART" are displayed in eight groups; Eros, Philia, Ludus, Agape, Pragma, Philautia, Storge, and Mania, which represent all forms of affection. You will be amazed to see the creation by famous artists of this era; SUNTUR, Alex Face, MUEBON, Pex (Mari, Wonder Girl), Wisut Ponnimit (Mamuang Chan), and Gongkan, among other emerging artists whose work interpreted the floral theme.
The auction's highlights include those of Princess Marsi Sukhumbhand Paribatra's enormous painting, Thawan Duchanee's rare art piece from his adolescence, Prof.Silpa Bhirasri's work, and Jakraphan Posayakrit's pink flowers in his intricate watercolor techniques.
Piriya Vachajitpan, Director and Co-founder of the Thai Art Collectors Association, who is also the Director and Founder of the Art Auction Center, announced this auction event symbolized the gift of love.
"Art is a perfect gift for a special person this Valentine's Day. Art is like a flower that never withers -- just like the love that lasts forever. The art itself and their value will always remain or even more valuable in the future.
"For art lovers, this auction is worth a visit as the collection is infrequent selections owned by private collectors," he added.
