Starting at THB 1,250++ per person, this 5-course menu is a blend of unique flavors coming together. Each dish is thoughtfully curated using local ingredients, an initiative again part of the hotel's "Sustainably Conscious" program.
The set begins with crispy lotus roots topped with local feta cheese and a homemade chili sauce followed by a fusion of farm seabass and compressed watermelon drizzled with lemongrass dressing. The third dish comprises of fresh clams cooked in fish broth flavored in chili and lemongrass leading up to a sweet and savory soft-shell crab. To end the meal, Chef Jacky has created a 'Thai Tea Nostalgia" made from Thai Tea ice cream lollipop, coconut mousse and cocoa meringue.
