Pruksa Holding Signs Ready Mixed Concrete deal with INSEE Concrete on Precast Business, Quality Housing for Sustainable Communities

Mr. Uten Lohachitpitaks, Group Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Holding PLC. and Mr. Porntep Suppataratarn, Chief Executive Officer of Inno Precast Co., Ltd. jointly signed a ready mixed concrete agreement (total of 2,600,000 cu.m.) with Mr. Aidan John Lynam, Group Chief Executive Officer of Siam City Cement PCL. and Mr. Craig Stewart Bickley, Chief Executive Officer of Siam City Concrete Co., Ltd., Thailand leader in ready-mixed concrete under the name of the "INSEE Concrete" brand, a subsidiary of INSEE Group. The purpose of signing this agreement is to supply and increase the ready mixed concrete capacity to Pruksa precast factory (Navanakorn / Lamlukka) and low-rise construction. The agreement signing ceremony was recently held at Pearl Bangkok.

Meanwhile, Pruksa is the first Thailand's real estate developer, who introduced green technology "Carbon Cure", in order to produce low carbon precast. INSEE Group is an industrial company specializing in cement and ready-mixed concrete, it acts within the defined environmental policy. INSEE Petch Easy Flow (hydraulic cement) is the most important

ingredient of ready-mixed concrete, is certified with the carbon footprint and carbon footprint reduction label by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). With its reduced CO footprint, INSEE Petch Easy Flow contributes to international and Thailand green building rating system.

The signing of this contract is therefore considered an important part in strengthening the companies carbon footprint reduction. In addition, for customers who own houses built with Low Carbon Precast, they will get quality, strong houses and also help reduce global pollution.

Lastly, both companies also determine to be a leader to reduce 30% greenhouse gas emission within 2030 and to achieve carbon neutrality within 2050, which is Thai and international resolutions.
