Special dishes from the 2023 "Hairy Crab Season" include
"Steamed Hairy Crab served with Hot Ginger Soup" (1,280 baht), a perfectly steamed hairy crab which weighs around 180 - 200 grams served with minced ginger sour dipping sauce and hot ginger soup, "Hairy Crab Xiao Long Bao" (650 baht), hairy crab meat in red-colored Xiao Long Bao which is a natural color from red rice and topped with caviar, "Hairy Crab with Scrambled Milk Egg White" (1,380 baht), stir-fried hairy crab with egg white and milk, and "Chilled Hairy Crab with Bael Fruit Juice" (1,380 baht), a new and unique dish made from bael fruit juice cooked with hairy crab and noodles.
The next special menu for fried chicken lovers is "Crispy Wenchang Chicken" (1,200 baht), using a renowned Wenchang chicken from Hainan that has firm and tender meat marinated with secret spices and deep-fried until golden brown. The chicken, which is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, is served with two special dipping sauces.
Don't miss out on trying the authentic Cantonese cuisine at "HEI YIN" on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village. The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., dim sum afternoon tea from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Four uniquely decorated private dining rooms are also available.
